Start a video01 The gap
Only about 38 percent of agents use video at all. Listings that do get around 403 percent more inquiries. The average agent spends about 245 dollars a listing on photos and nothing at all on motion.

02 How it works

Step one
Paste a link to your photos at checkout. Forwarding the one your photographer sent you works perfectly and takes about ten seconds.

Step two
Camera moves, pacing, grade, and a cut built for the feed people actually scroll.

Step three
Finished video in your inbox inside two days. No shoot day, no reschedule, no weather.
03 Hold to light it
It was shot flat, for a grid of thumbnails, and then it got scrolled past. Press and hold the frame and watch the key light come up on it. That is the whole job, done sixty times a second.
04 The plans
30 seconds
$199CAD
The key rooms, cut tight. Built for a feed where people decide in about three seconds.
60 seconds
$349CAD
The key rooms, plus the things that actually sell the house. The island. The primary suite. The yard. The view from the back windows. Sixty seconds is where a detail gets room to land instead of flying past, and it is long enough to open on the exterior and still close on the best room in the house.
90 seconds
$599CAD
Close to the whole house, room by room. For the listing where the walkthrough is the pitch.
Every set gets looked at before a single cut.
If your photos will not carry the length you picked, you hear it from me the same day, not after. Usually that just means moving you to the cut that suits them and settling the difference. If I cannot do the house justice at all, it costs you nothing.
Card payments run through Stripe. Your details never touch this site.
05 Questions
No. Nothing physical happens. You send the photos that are already on the listing and we work from those.
The video is not really for that house. Agents who put real budget into video report about 49 percent more listing appointments. The video is what the next seller sees when they are deciding which agent to hire.
Forty eight hours from the moment the photos land. There is no shoot day to schedule, so the clock starts immediately.
Then you hear it from me the same day, before I cut anything. Usually we just move you to the length that suits the set and settle the difference. If I cannot do the house justice at all, it costs you nothing. And if you would rather know before you pay, send the listing through the form below and ask me first.
You paste a link to them at checkout. The easiest version: if your photographer sent you a download link, just paste that one. It is already the full set at full size and there is nothing for you to set up. Otherwise share a folder from Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer, using the originals from your MLS account rather than the versions saved off the listing page, which come out small and watermarked. One thing to check either way, because it is the usual snag: set the link so anyone with it can open, not invite only.
You pick a length and pay by card through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site. You get a receipt, I get your listing, and the clock starts.
The Sixty, most of the time. Thirty seconds is a teaser. Ninety is for a house whose layout is the selling point.
Anywhere you already post. The listing page, your feed, a reel, an email to your buyer list.
06 Not sure yet
Send me the listing before you buy anything and I will tell you straight which length its photos can carry. The answer costs nothing.

That is everything I need to take a look at this listing.
